Ingredients
- ½ cup35 gOld-fashioned rolled oats
- 1⅓ cups320 gWatercold
- 1¼ cups180 gFrozen strawberries, unsweetened
- ⅔ cup80 gRaspberriesrinsed
- ¾ cup200 gPlain yogurt, low-fatcold
- 2⅛ tsp15 gHoney
- ½ tsp1 gGround cardamom
- ½ tsp2 gVanilla extract
Steps
- Make the oat milk first: put the oats and the cold water in the blender and blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth and milky.
- Let the oat milk rest in the blender for 2 minutes so the oats soften fully, then blend again for 15 seconds.
- Add the yogurt, honey, cardamom and vanilla to the oat milk in the blender.
- Add the raspberries and then the frozen strawberries on top, so the liquid sits under the fruit and the blades catch easily.
- Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until thick and completely smooth, scraping down the sides once if needed.
- Pour into two tall glasses, over ice if you like, and serve right away while cold.
