- ¾ cup200 gWatercold
- ⅓ cup25 gOld-fashioned rolled oats
- ¾ cup120 gFrozen strawberries, unsweetenedthawed slightly

- ½ tsp1 gGround cinnamon
- ½ tsp2 gVanilla extract
Steps
- Brew the black tea first so it is ready and hot.
- Make the oat milk: blend the oats with the cold water on high for about 45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Add the strawberries-frozen and the dates to the blender with the oat milk and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the strawberry oat milk into a small pot, whisk in the cinnamon, and warm over medium-low heat, stirring often, for 3 to 4 minutes until steaming; do not let it boil hard or it will thicken too much.
- Pour the hot black tea into the pot, stir in the vanilla, and heat for 1 minute more until hot throughout.
- Whisk briskly for a light froth, then pour half into each of two mugs and serve hot.
