- ½ cup (120 ml)120 gOrange juice
- 3½ tbsp70 gHoney
- ½ lime, juiced20 gLime juice
- ¼ cup leaves6 gFresh basilleaves only

Steps
- Spread the peach slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined sheet pan and freeze until solid, about 3 hours.
- Chill the orange juice in the fridge while the peaches freeze.
- Let the frozen peach slices sit at room temperature for 5 minutes so the blender can break them down.
- Add the orange juice, honey, lime juice, basil leaves and salt to the blender first so the liquid sits near the blades.
- Add the frozen peach slices on top and blend, stopping to scrape down the sides and tamp, until completely smooth and thick, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Scrape the sorbet into a loaf pan, smooth the top, cover it and freeze until firm enough to scoop, about 2 1/2 hours.
- Let the sorbet stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes, then scoop into 4 bowls and serve.
