  • ½ cup35 gOld-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1½ tbsp20 gTahinistirred well
  • 3½ tbsp18 gUnsweetened cocoa powder

Steps

  1. Make the oat milk first: put the oats and the cold water in a blender and blend on high for about 45 seconds until smooth and milky.

  3. Pour the cocoa mixture into a small pot and warm over medium-low heat, whisking constantly, for 5 to 6 minutes until steaming and slightly thickened; do not let it boil hard or it will turn gluey.
