Ingredients
- 1¼ cups (300 ml)300 gBrewed coffeefreshly brewed, strong
- 1 tbsp20 gHoney
- ¾ tsp2 gGround cinnamondivided
- ½ cup35 gOld-fashioned rolled oats
- 1¼ cups280 gWatervery cold
- 1 tbsp16 gAlmond butter, no salt added
- ⅛ tsp0.5 gSalt
Steps
- While the coffee is still warm from brewing, stir in the honey and three-quarters of the cinnamon until the honey dissolves.
- Chill the honey-cinnamon coffee in the fridge for about 15 minutes, or until cold.
- Meanwhile, make the oat milk: put the oats, cold water, almond butter and salt in a blender and blend for 30 to 45 seconds, just until smooth and creamy; longer blending can make it slimy.
- Fill two glasses with ice and divide the chilled honey-cinnamon coffee between them, half in each.
- Pour half of the almond oat milk into each glass, letting it swirl into the coffee.
- Dust each latte with half of the remaining cinnamon, stir and serve right away.
